This document establishes the terms of participation in acquiring TrueStake (TSTK) tokens during Round 1 of the public sale. Confirmation of this document is mandatory to gain acc ess to token purchase. The TrueStake project is owned by a legal entity registered in the Republic of Cyprus. TrueStake tokens are digital units of economic participation in the project.
Economic Nature of the Token

TSTK is a digital asset reflecting a share of economic participation in the project.
Capitalization
50,000,000 TSTK = 100% digital capitalization of the project.
Round 1 Share
5,000,000 TSTK represent 10% digital participation.
The digital share reflects investor participation in the project’s value and corresponds to a proportional economic share. TrueStake tokens are not securities but function as digital participation shares in accordance with international Web3 practices. Each token represents 1 / 50,000,000 of the digital participation share.
